After retirement, depression is a serious issue. MANY folks find this website simply looking for help with retirement depression alone. That's so sad.

This is supposed to be the BEST time of our lives! Isn't it?

Folks retire for a variety of reasons, sometimes thrilled to be FREE from the 9-5 grind of work every day and others were forced out due to many different reasons. Some survive retirement in a state of bliss -- others, not so much.
