How does age define us? Aging gracefully is an art...

Some things are simply beyond our control... we will age. Why not look at age as another stage in life, don't freak out about it, just another day...

Choose to look at the wisdom of your age, and look for opportunities to connect with family and friends for fun. Seek out new challenges -- life changes as we live it and our attitude towards change makes or breaks our own self worth, our own happiness.

Last, but certainly not least... and do not laugh at me here... grin! I use a Derma Roller to keep my face looking just a tad younger.

I'm a logical gal and I don't buy into hyped up products... but if you watch the video on their website from the Rachel Ray show, it made perfect sense to me (the part about men shaving and how it stimulates their face).

To me, that is exactly what the Derma Roller does. I get a slight sunburn look to the wrinkles I rolled over, it's a little heated, but disappears in a few minutes and I swear its helped me... now stop laughing! This is good stuff!
