Best Health Insurance Plan for Mom

I have been scouring the insurance sites trying to find out which health insurance plan & company is best for my elderly Mom. I figured if anyone knew the good, the bad & the ugly it might pay to throw it out on this site & see what I get.

She's had Cariten but recently Humana has purchased them so.............

Any advice & real world experience in dealing with these people would be appreciated.
