"Granny's Day"

I am a 63yr. old grandmother who lives in California with my daughter, son-in-law and 2 grown up granddaughters ages 18yrs. and 21yrs. both in college and we are just not ready to kick them out yet....love them so much and have so much fun with them...i love gardening with my son-in-law and shopping, cooking, etc with the girls...we have a wonderful cat named Eddie who is the boss and runs the house the way he sees fit, i have lot of medical problems( my stiff joints and all,Arthritis) and love to complain about it to anyone who will listen...i am a fun and very loving person, and the one thing i do love is friends....so lets get to know one another if there is anyone out there who needs someone to talk to i am the one.

Hi Fran,laugh,talk meeting people,swapping advice and experiences suits me fine.

I'm 62 have a grown up family of 4 and 9 grand children,have my own home live on my own with the master of the house my 8 year old dog mcgoo, a longhaired sausage dog.

I live in Auckland New Zealand work full time at nights have joined up in a elderly senior group held at our local marae,or in english community hall.I,m a maori and we meet weekly,to do taichii, linedanceing, Korowai or weaveing maori cloaks, massage and acupuncture.

This is government funded.There is alot more i'd like to tell you about but I'll wait for your reply so I'll say bye for now

I love to be with my friends and we laugh a lot.
I am divorced and have married again now for 5 years. I have 2 lovely daughters and a lovely
Grandaughter I brought up from birth i am very proud of her. My husband has 2 daughters also and two lovely little grandaughters too.

I love to write Poetry and I was published this year over in America. my friends like to hear my Poetry and I always give them a copy when they ask for one.

I go to a home church every Sunday and have been a christian for quite a while. My husband was brought up Salvation Army.

We have a nice garden 1 dog and 2 cats that are part of our family.

Hello, Are you and your family experiencing problems with the flooding in your state?

My name is Linda, I am 70 years old, have two grown sons and five grown grand children. I live in Georgia but I lived most of my life in New York State.

I work full-time in a diabetes education center.

Until two weeks ago, I lived with the family of my friend. My friend, with whom I had shared a home for 27 years died suddenly November 9th.

So, here I am with my two dogs. And, I thought you might like to chat.

Hi Fran,

I'm Judi and I live in Connecticut.

Im a 60'ish fun loving wife and mother. My two grown children (in there 30's) are single and live out of state.

I've been married for almost 38 years (to the same guy!)

I love animals, especially kitties, the beach, and all sorts of music.

My work connects me to a wonderful combination of people and things and I really enjoy that.

My hobbies are reading, travelling, the movies and just meeting people.

We live in a "Cape Cod" style house on a dead-end street and have had the same neighbors for years;
although more young folks are moving in now.
Its good to see young kids walking and playing outside again.
