Senior Pen Pal: Looking to write to a few new good friend

I would very much like to communicate with someone who is intrested in, GOD, family, cooking, books, talking, sharing places they have been.

I am 62, and I have had a little cancer. and love just sharing life with other folks.

I do like to fish, Take long afternoon drives in the woods on Saturday's.

I am caught up mostly on mysteries, a few reality shows, any type magazine about country, cooking, outdoors, fishing, homemade stuff, quilting, how-to's fixing around the house.

I like my cats and dogs. Even my grandchildren. Although I don't see them very much.

that's enough for now. I would like to here from women who like in remote areas, Amish ladies, and other countries. Thanks!

Sharing with God is a good thing

hi your comment about God is a wonderful thing since now adays he doesn't seem to be in alot of peoples lives - he is in mind and I can tell you he has done wonderful things for me and my family.

I am a grandmother with two children whom had 3 boys each - the grandsons are all teenagers except the youngest he is 12 I believe ( I loose track of their ages) enjoy singing in my church choir matter of fact I have choir practice tonight (every thursday night)

I have taking up piano lessens also a year or so ago still learning but I will get their, like to write poetry saved all the ones I have written so far - and when someone has a birthday, wedding, showers I decided to give them a poem and make it appropriate for the occassion.

Hi Sandra,

Like you, I've had cancer but have been free since 1995.

I'm 63. I have 3 children, a boy and 2 girls. I also have 3 grandchildren, one of which I take care of during the week.

I'm a Christian and involved with my church activites. I also like to read the Beverly Lewis books based on Amish families. For a few years my family and I lived next door to the Amish in Ohio. I'm a Kansas girl though.
