Lost in a Ponzi Scheme!

My employer has had me in a retirement plan with Three Oaks Currency Fund, LP for the last 12 yrs. I have recently found out the this was a Ponzi Scheme. I have lost more then $78,000 although he was the contributor of all the money. Do I have any legal rights now or am I just out the retirement?

Wendy: I don't know but surely you should speak to an attorney about this. I did a search and found a law suit with the same company name.
