Hello!

Lots of my Facebook friends are experiencing heat waves lately, luckily, here in Michigan it's nice summer weather. We've had more rain than usual and the gardens (and grass!) is growing like crazy! Hope all is well in your neck of the woods, and if it's too hot out, stay inside and keep cool!

Are you kinda bored and seeking new ideas to keep busy and active? I have a new email series called Retirement Ideas that sends out a variety of retirement activities to consider. Just read the subject line, if you are interested, read it. If you have no interest in the topic of the week, hit delete and watch for the next email.

I started a whole new section on my website - Retirement and Meditation. I started to meditate a few years ago, when I had just retired. I really enjoy it and thought I'd share some with you.
