Happy Birthday to Me!

Tomorrow is my birthday, and normally I don't tell anyone... tho people do find out via Facebook. This birthday, I've decided, is different, as it's my last year in my 50s! Yikes!

All bets are off starting next year, I can totally call myself "senior", a term that I don't like even a little right now... and I will embrace my senior years as I am what I am, right? Yikes!

My new website section on blogs for retirees is going nicely. I've added a section to this newsletter to highlight updates there for those who might be interested.

Retirement-Online Updates

Retirement-Online NEWS - Updates every Monday!

Harry asks about Social Security: Age 62 or Age 66. There really is never an answer, so many things to consider.

Nancy was feeling good about retirement until this Triggering Event. Please help her jump back into retirement with open arms!

Chris has an interesting hobby: Radio Controlled Multi-Rotor Aircraft. WOW!

Joan writes: I knew it woud happen, but I don't know Why or How to fix it. Looking for comments to help her find some motivation in ilfe!

No One asks: How Do You Change? She is like Joan above -- both rather LOST in retirement, no motivation and no idea how to find it either.

Read the bottom of this page: Read My Offer.. maybe I can help you!

Finally, this retiree wants help on how to... Forward Into the Breach.

I welcome your retirement thoughts! Please write and share your retired life, thoughts and ideas with others! HELP AND BE HELPED.. or simply share some FUN!

Online Business Updates

If you read the online business pages on my site, you'll learn about how you might begin an online business. I've talked to many over the years about small business, but few actually jump in and do it. I wonder WHY?

Introducing My Own Business Coach-- just so you know who is behing the scenes helping me move along and who coordinates the conference I went to in Feb, and again in August!

Passive Income, the reason you may want to build a blog for supplemental retirement income. I define it and I show you some examples: Google Adsense, Amazon, and Affiliate income.

Online writing tips for bloggers. Just a bit about how people scan the web instead of reading word for word.

I also wrote about doing a blog even if you hate writing.. oddly there are so many helpful sites with articles you can buy (and tweak yourself) or hire writers. Sounds odd, but it is quite doable.

That leads me into the last section -- if you would like to try writing for income, instead of going into a blog, to test the waters. The two I've linked to are both simple in nature... you won't earn much, you also won't risk much. Later, I'll write more on how to really make money with your writing skills... but its better to test them out first, rather to risk losing credibility on the bigger sites. Right?

Hope some of this helps you understand what I do and why you might want to consider the same!

I delete approx 20 seniors each week and add the same new members back in. It's a pain.... IF I decide to go over 1,000, and pay more, at least the next milestone will likely never happen -- 10,000. Grin! I will begin to charge for membership if I do this... unsure which way to go. Decisions, decisions....
