I enjoy solitude. I’m an introvert, so I have to work at wanting to talk to folks or get together with people. I find the drama with people constant and negative.

Still, it matters to socialize and engage. I think classes or group activities are best for me. That way, I can focus on the activities and not the negative gossip.
Quiet is Great.

Quiet is good... but only if you want that. Enjoy the solitude. Let your mind create your best internal thoughts of gratitude!
