Helping Retirees Navigate the Transition: Share Your Experience

I have spent many years in Human Resources helping people prepare for and transition into retirement. Over time, I noticed that while some retirees adjust smoothly, many face unexpected challenges during this major life change.

I am now conducting doctoral research to better understand this transition, focusing especially on the experiences of those who have found it difficult to adjust. My goal is to learn directly from retirees about the challenges, surprises, and lessons of this journey.
