Keep Moving If You Can, In Your Mind and With Your Body

I look for interesting sites on line and have a few penpals I email. I enjoy occasional meetups with local friends and walk regularly with a good friend.
I play regular golf by myself and practice my tap dancing. I care for my pet birds in an aviary and look after my home and property.
I try to be upbeat/positive so as to draw positive/upbeat peeps to engage with.
I remain steadfastly in my CZ where I feel empowered and in control. I avoid negative peeps and situations and focus on remaining in good health. I meditate regularly and lean towards alternative healing.
