I can't decide where I want to be at... I do know I need low income to survive.
Wendy's reply: This is always a big decision, Bonnie, with no easy answers. In the end, it's all about you and how you want your lifestyle to be. Don't make a hasty decision, do your homework, it's easy to do online!
