I will admit this challenge IS odd— I am combining two completely different thoughts here: 1) retirement blues and 2) random acts of kindness. Yes, I admit — those two ideas hardly seem to belong together!
Let me explain…
Daily, I read more retiree stories about people who are STUCK -- more than I ever expected to publish. However, some of you might be stuck in a Retirement Blues pattern — not quite into real anxiety or depression.
If that might be you:
Retirement happened differently than your expectations.
My concern is that IF you don't take action, you might be headed in the anxiety/depression direction -- that is why I implore you to take action this week.
Each day you’ll get an email from me with tip or a strategy designed to help you with the Retirement Blues AND ideas on how to be kind to those around you. We’re not talking airy-fairy stuff here. These are hands-on, actionable tips and strategies you can use every day to beat the blues.
I have set up a *Private* Facebook group where we’ll talk more about all this. Share your retirement blues experiences, how you struggle, and then take daily action -- by sharing with others what you did and to provide motivation to them!
