My wife always has a small fan running so she can sleep. She even brings it with her when we are staying in hotel rooms.

Wendy: My niece has used a fan since she was a child!

Yes, I do that. That works the best for me, been doing it for years. I also keep the room as dark as possible at night. I sleep like a log.
