Retired and Caregiver

Are you retired from work -- only to find you have a new "job" called caregiver?

Yeah, Me too. I am caregiver to two parents (age 92 and 94) and this is not an easy job... much easier to have stayed working full-time! :) 

But we can share stories, experiences and help each other with ideas to keep physically and mentally well!
