I also found the Bob Ross shows relaxing. Years ago I would record them (on my VCR) so I could play them back and relax just before going to sleep.
Then I stumbled on this community of folks on the internet who also are relaxed by listening to, and recording soft, whispered voices. It's called ASMR. You can look up what that stands for.
But if you go to Youtube, and type the letters … ASMR into the search window, you will find hundreds of videos made by mostly young ladies who have recorded sessions from 30 minutes to several hours. It’s best to listen through ear phones.
But I’m sure you will find some of these to be very relaxing and will give you those “whisper chills” that will calm you down and usually doze off to sleep very quickly. Give it a try.
