Self-Yoga

I've been doing Yoga at home regularly for a number of years now. I bought a book and learnt a number of positions, movements. I do about eight regular movements every evening for about twenty minutes. It certainly keeps me flexible and helped me with a back problem I once had, but have no longer. Definitely recommend it for keeping your body flexible. Even good for the mind if you include breathing exercises and meditation.
