I have not joined ebates yet but will today.

I buy all my vitamins from Vitacost on line because my dietician studied the quality and cost of vitamins and felt Vitacost was the best value and quality. Many items are buy one get one. Some of the vitamins at the big box stores are mainly fillers.

Also I have Humana Choice PPO as my secondary insurance with Medicare. I paid $45 to have my gallbladder removed! I pay a premium of $78 per month and $20 co pay to doctor. Humana also offers the 360 go card. 10 percent off all healthy foods, veggies, at Walmart and $10 off first time you use. I earn credits by linking my fitbit to the site and having regular checkups.

Yesterday I received $50 in gift cards for healthy living. Kinda like playing the lottery but you always win and have the healthy challenge.
